PRIZE WINNING PEACH ICE CREAM

| 5 eggs |
4 C peeled and mashed peaches |
| 2 C sugar |
2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk |
| 1/4 t salt |

| 2 t vanilla |
|
Beat 5 eggs; add remaining ingredients. Put in 1 gal. Freezer can and finish filling with homogenized sweet milk. Freeze according to your freezer directions.
